Family Angels

                Cost:   $22.00 for one parent or $28.00 for couples 

                       

              Description:  'Tis the season to connect with your family's Angels and share the uplifting gifts they offer each one of you;  from the unborn child to the oldest family member!  Ellen Bourn, R.N., Medium and Master Astrologer guides you through an afternoon of enlightening conversations.  Expect flurries of awareness about the gifts of Protection,

Spiritual Guidance, and personal Healings that Angels offer you and your family, year 'round.  


This class is for both experienced and inexperienced ethereal-curious parents and their children.  Children under 12 are free.  Take home and Angel craft made by you and your little one as a keepsake from this day.

Potty Training-A Debriefing

     So many ways to potty train!  So many books to read!  So many videos to watch!  What will you do?  Bring any books or DVD's you already have.  If you are in the middle of potty training, no worries.......we have a potty seat!

     Facilitator:  Mary Jo Giufre of Baby Bongos

                Time:  6:00pm-7:00pm and more question/discussion time through to 7:30pm

                          $0.00 for parents returning for a 2nd or 3rd class to share their experiences or learn more strategies

        Register:
                Description:  Talk about your ideas for potty training and learn about other's successes.  Baby Bongos owner Mary Jo shares her children's potty training experiences and her home-to-daycare strategies.  We also discuss the effects of cloth vs disposable diapers, cloth vs disposable training pants, when to begin to use underwear, cloth vs disposable swimmies, potty chair vs potty seat, and overnight training.  Bring your child and attend the follow up discussion session to see how everyone's training is going!  We have a potty seat at Baby Bongos incase anyone needs to use it.

Mama Cloth for Uganda - Make-n-Take-n-GIVE!

                Cost:   $6.00 to register 

                       

              Description:  Our very own Buffalo native and essential oils expert, Justine, is traveling to Uganda for a few weeks, beginning on New Year's Eve.  Congratulations and Happy New Year, Justine!  And..... YES, 2012 is almost over.  Who can believe it?!  


While in Uganda, Justine's mission is to lead a project that benefits the Rakai Women's Wellness Group, the local school, and the local orphanage.  Rakai is a region in Uganda.  Uganda is in Africa.


This class is 2-fold.  

(1)You learn from Justine, how to sew Cloth Menstrual Pads, also sometimes called "Mama Cloth" and (2) You get to support Justine's mission by donating a cloth pad (or more) that you make for a woman in Uganda.


Bring with you:

Portable Sewing Machine


Bring all of the following with you OR DONATE $5.oo:

12x12 piece of PUL fabric (try JoAnne Fabrics)

1/2 yard of Flannel or absorbent cotton


Justine is providing:

Flannel thread

Metal clasps

Cloth menstrual pad patterns

Helpful internet links regarding the pads

Information about her mission in Africa
